My next door neighbor had asked me to paint him a painting of his newborn daughter after he saw me painting in my backyard one summery. He emailed me this portrait and I made it into a commissioned painting for him.
I'm a graduate of the University of Akron from 2004, where I majored in photography and painting. I reside in Canton, Ohio and work in my darkroom as well as my small studio in my basement. Art has saved my life as it has been my therapy for my being diagnosed with having Bipolar, OCD, and Anxiety several years ago, after my medical discharge from the Navy in 2011. Since 2011 I've been working on many things and like to work on several projects simultaneously.
